Configuration Overview

The AI Assistant Configuration page in the Platform allows users to manage their Business or Personal Assistant comprehensively. From this dashboard, users can view the bot's name, public link, usage statistics, and system-level settings. It provides options to upload knowledge for better responses, enable learning and forgetting features, integrate with ERP systems like OS Ticket, and configure AI tools and roles.

Workflow

You can access the configuration interface through the AI Assistant section and perform various management actions to optimize your assistant's capabilities.

Login → AI Assistant → Business Assistant / Personal Assistant → <your bot> → Configuration
