About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers.
Conduct engaging live product demonstrations.
Understand customer requirements and propose technical solutions.
Explain complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Set up, configure, and troubleshoot product demonstrations.
Answer customer questions and address technical concerns.
Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to support customer engagements.
Develop a deep understanding of our products and their capabilities.

Requirements

Proven technical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to quickly learn and understand new technologies.
Confidence in customer-facing interactions.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
