About the Role

We are looking for a highly proactive and detail-oriented Director of Product Quality to lead quality assurance across our applications. This role requires strong technical aptitude, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to drive execution across multiple teams.

The ideal candidate takes full ownership, moves quickly, follows through relentlessly, and ensures our products meet high standards of quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Own and oversee QA execution across all applications.
Coordinate directly with QA team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Track progress, collect status updates, and proactively report results, risks, and blockers to leadership.
Plan and conduct regular bugathons for each application.
Identify, prioritize, and track bugs through resolution.
Ensure thorough testing of new features, releases, and existing functionality.
Work closely with engineering and product teams to resolve quality issues.
Establish and continuously improve QA processes, testing standards, and workflows.
Maintain a deep understanding of all applications and their functionality.
Ensure QA priorities align with business objectives and changing deadlines.

Requirements
